Aristha Journal – Ar Risalah Journal of Islamic Tourism and Hospitality is a scholarly journal dedicated to the development, dissemination, and advancement of knowledge in Islamic tourism, halal tourism, and hospitality studies. The journal provides an interdisciplinary platform for researchers, academics, practitioners, and policymakers to exchange ideas, publish research findings, and critically examine contemporary issues related to tourism and hospitality from Islamic perspectives.

Published by Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam (STAI) Ar Risalah Sumatera Barat, Indonesia, Aristha Journal seeks to promote the integration of Islamic values, scientific inquiry, professional practices, legal frameworks, and sustainable development in tourism and hospitality. The journal views Islamic tourism as a field that extends beyond the provision of Muslim-friendly services to encompass ethical business practices, sharia compliance, legal certainty, cultural preservation, community empowerment, environmental responsibility, and the realization of maqasid al-shariah in tourism development.

Aristha Journal welcomes original research articles, conceptual papers, literature reviews, and other scholarly contributions that offer theoretical, methodological, empirical, legal, or practical insights into Islamic tourism and hospitality at local, national, and international levels.
