Journal of Islamic Pedagogy and Character Formation is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal with an editorial board of experts in the fields of Islamic education, pedagogy, and character formation. The journal publishes theoretical and empirical research on how Islamic values such as adab, akhlāq, tazkiyah, and ta’dīb are cultivated, internalized, and assessed in teaching and learning, and seeks to spread these findings to educators, researchers, institutional leaders, and policymakers around the world. The journal warmly welcomes contributions from scholars and experts in related disciplines, including psychology, sociology, philosophy, and educational technology. As our commitment to the advancement of knowledge, the Journal of Islamic Pedagogy and Character Formation follows an open access policy that allows published articles to be freely available online without any subscription. Submitted papers must be written in English for the initial review stage by editors and a further review process by a minimum of two reviewers. The journal is published periodically twice a year, i.e., every June (first edition) and December (second edition).
